I cannot edit or create a new test bank. When I do to TOOLS --> PREFERENCES --> APPLICATION PREFERENCES, I cannot change ANYTHING on ANY tab because I get a message that says "The path for the test directory is not valid." This messages pups up even if i open APPLICATION PREFERENCES and press the OK button. PLEASE HELP!!! I AM A TEACHER, I NEED THIS ENABLED!!!

We are busy verifying the new 64-bit TestGen Mac version functionality with the new 64-bit app only macOS Catalina (version 10.15) that Apple recently released on October 7th.

TestGen Mac users will want to wait until the new 64-bit TestGen is available from their publisher before they upgrade to macOS Catalina (version 10.15), as the current release of TestGen is a 32-bit app and is not compatible with it. The new 64-bit TestGen for macOS will be available before the end of October 2019.

I've begun the process for upgrading my MacBook Pro to Mac OS 10.15 and I receive an onscreen message informing me that TestGen will not be functional after the upgrade. It warns that the app will no longer open without an update. Is there an update the allows compatibility with Mac OS 10.15?

I want to edit the details of testbank questions like difficulty, Bloom's Taxonomy, and question ID code.
None of these appear to be editable, even though I have turned ON "enable testbank editing". I can I access these details? must I hack into the .BOK file with a text editor??

I'm having two very specific problems. The first is, every time I start up TestGen, right before it opens I get a message that says:

The following fonts have not been installed properly:
TestGen Regular
Please restart your computer.

I've restarted my computer several times, I've uninstalled TestGen, restarted my computer, and reinstalled TestGen, with no luck.

running 10.14.6 and unable to update the version 7.

There is a red box when opening testgen that says unable to update with the following error message

I am trying to export some quizzes into D2L from TestGen. The problem is that many of the images are not exporting at all. Some involve fractions, radicals, imaginary numbers.

I'm not sure if there is an easy solution but I will even take a solution that requires me to tweak the questions with the tool bar.

3 students have taken the exam and between 5 and 10 questions out of 30 were not graded as right or wrong but rather show an orange exclamation point (!). Please help before more students take the test!
