Two Problems Font and Right-Clicking

I'm having two very specific problems. The first is, every time I start up TestGen, right before it opens I get a message that says:

The following fonts have not been installed properly:
TestGen Regular
Please restart your computer.

I've restarted my computer several times, I've uninstalled TestGen, restarted my computer, and reinstalled TestGen, with no luck.

The other problem I'm having is I can't right click anywhere in the TestGen test bank window and most of the menus on top, insert, navigate, questions, and tools, are all greyed out. I can't access anything within them. I've tried Googling around for answers to these questions, with no luck so far. I've used TestGen many times on this very computer without these issues, so I don't know why this just started up now. I'm on a MacBook Pro OS 10.14.5 Mojave. I'm running version 7.6.5T of TestGen. I need to get this tests done soon, so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

The issue you're having with the greyed-out menus is normal: if your most-recent click was on the library pane, that pane will have focus, and most of the menu-bar menus will be greyed out because they do things that don't apply to the library. You can re-enable them by clicking on your test.

The right-click menu is only available with a press-and-hold of the right mouse button; simply right-clicking will just cause the menu to flash and disappear. If you're having trouble accessing the right-click menu, everything in it is also available through the menus at the top of the screen, mostly in the "File", "Edit", "Insert", and "Question" menus.

I don't know why you're getting that message about the font: TestGen should have installed it automatically the first time you ran it. You can try installing it manually with the following procedure:

1. Quit TestGen.
2. Right-click on the "TestGen.app" file (it's probably in your "Applications" folder) and select "Show Package Contents".
3. Navigate to the "Resources" folder in the "Contents" folder of the window that appears.
4. Double-click on the file "testgenrg.otf".
5. In the window that appears, click "Install Font".
6. Re-launch TestGen.
