The save and save as functionality of the software will not allow me to save my tests. I have tried everything I can think of. I've tried multiple computers, reinstalling, recreating, and everytime I have the save result. Please help.

Hi there,
I am trying to export some questions from TestGen software. I have exported the test as a QTI file and it appears as a .zip file. But when I import it into desire2Learn's LMS it says that there are no questions are sections in the zip file.

Our Test Gen keeps freezing mid use and our work is not getting saved. This doesn't seem to be an isolated issue and we are running the latest version. Any ideas on what we can do?
