Screen is white on Testgen after installing 7.6.5T

Are you using Windows 10? If so, this is a known issue with Tablet Mode. There are two ways of dealing with it:

First, you can disable Tablet Mode. Microsoft keeps moving the setting for this around, but right now, the following steps should work:
1) Exit TestGen.
2) Click on the "speech bubble" icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3) You should see a rectangle labeled "Tablet mode". If not, try clicking on the word "Expand".
4) If the rectangle is some color other than grey, click on it to disable Tablet Mode.
5) Launch TestGen.

The second method should work even if this isn't the Tablet Mode issue, but you need to do it every time you start TestGen:
1) Minimize the TestGen window.
2) Un-minimize the TestGen window.
