Cannot Print out any Tests on TestGen 7.4

I recently downloaded TestGen 7.4 and it seems to be a wonderful program for college instructors. There is just on big problem. I can't print out any tests. Every time I try to print out a test, I get an error message that says, "Printer Error" and then the program simply closes on me and I have to reopen it.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Are you using TestGen with a Windows 64-bit operating system and trying to print to an HP printer? There is a known issue with this combination that will be fixed in the next release of TestGen (7.4.5), which is due to be released soon. If this fits your hardware configuration, then please use the "Check for Updates" option on the TestGen Help menu during the next few weeks to download the new version as soon as it is ready.
In the meantime, a workaround would be to create a test and then use the Export option on the File menu to save the test as a PDF file. Then print the PDF file on your printer.
If the hardware combination does not fit your situation, please respond with info about which operating system and printer you are using.
