Q: How can I print the questions in a testbank (TestGen 5.5)?

A: To print all the questions for a single chapter, open the testbank
and select the title of the chapter you want to print. Then select
"Print" from the File menu and choose "Print selected items." To print
a range of chapters, select "Print" from the File menu and enter the
numbers for the range of chapters. Note that questions will print in
the same way they are displayed on screen, so be sure to display
