Testbank authors frequently need to assign topics, difficulty levels, etc. to questions in a testbank. Doing this question-by-question can be time-consuming, but here's a hint to be more efficient if you have several questions that all have the same descriptor.

If the questions are consecutive, use the Shift key to click on the first question and then on the last question in the group so that they are all selected (background turns black). Then click the Show Properties button to open the Properties window. Enter or choose the descriptor that they all share. You will see a message that says they descriptor will be applied to all the selected items at once.

This works for consecutive questions as well as scattered questions that you select by holding down the Ctrl key while you click on them. All the selected questions will be affected by the changes or settings you apply in the Properties window.
