Standard TestGen installation includes the installation of TestGen fonts that contain special characters not found in most other non-technical fonts. Special characters from TestGen fonts may not display properly in Word docs if TestGen fonts are not installed on the computer.

TestGen fonts for Windows and Macintosh computers can be downloaded by using the links below.

Windows Instructions:

1. Download and uncompress the file to get the folder "tgfontswin".
2. Open the folder and copy the TestGen font files into the Windows system Fonts folder on the hard drive.

Macintosh Instructions:

1. Download and uncompress the file to get the folder "tgfontsmac".
2. Open the folder and copy the testgenrg.otf file into your "Library/Fonts" folder.

Important Notes:

• This font is not compatible with Mac OS 10.6.
